My Inspiration

When my son Morgan was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012, our family’s life changed forever—but for the better. We embraced a new lifestyle and, more importantly, a new way of thinking about food. The most essential treatment for celiac disease is a strict gluten-free diet, and that sudden, dramatic shift meant learning, adapting, and completely transforming our kitchen. Every meal, from simple dinners to elaborate recipes, became more than just food—it became a promise of my son’s safety, health, and happiness.


Through this journey, I discovered just how powerful food can be—not only for nourishment, but for comfort, joy, and connection. It inspired me to open Naturally Delightful in Green Bay, an organic, gluten-free, and vegan bakery dedicated to helping people savor life’s sweetest moments.

Naturally Delightful is a wholesale bakery offering fresh treats available daily on our shelves, plus a full menu for custom orders. While we recommend placing cake orders in advance, same-day orders are also welcome for a $15 convenience fee, starting May 1, 2022.
